I would like to permanently disconnect my fixed line. I cannot find an online screen which permits me to do this

Do you mean you want to cancel your fixed line ?

If you wish to cancel your phone service, you must contact customer service by calling from your fixed line 1014.

@Bavaria37 slowly, slowly, may be Lars only want to have telephon on his livebox and stop the "classic" telephone

if he cut the line by 1014 he will no longer internet

Hello, I have the opposite problem. My fixe line was disconnected and as I'm out of the country at the moment, who can I call to have it turned backed on. Every time I try to add the "contract" back on to my profile, it tells me the contract has "expired".
