We are moving to France in January. We arranged for the engineer to put the line in in September. He did not arrive..In November I made a special **bip** and they turned up but said that they had to return the following day. I was flying home then,so we agreed January 11th. We received the box but not connected because we have no landline and yet they are charging us rental. Have you tried the English language phone line? It,s in French.
