No Internet - AGAIN!!!!!

Fed up!

I have been with Orange for the past 13 yrs because of no other options in my area - there are other options now which I am actively exploring. In the that time I found the reliability of the service (internet and phone) to be shockingly terrible. This disappointment and frustration is only exasperated by the equally of (which is actually worse!) customer service I have received over the years.

At present, I have been without internet for well over a month. Every time I call I am told it will be done, or I cannot do anything because it is up to the technician and we only do what the technician tells us to do. I would like to speak with someone who can actually do something to resolve this.

If there is no resolution in the next 24hrs, I take the time to post as much negative feedback about Orange as I possibly can on every social channel I can find!

you are on a user forum and not in customer service

if your internet is down it is not on a support forum that you should complain but to customer service
