hello,

i have installed a live box 5 at home and since yesterday i can't connect anymore with wifi .

i can see the wifi signal, but i can't connect. there's 3 light on outer that normally flashing in orange when the system works properly.

now i have:

the fist light on router flashing white instead of orange

the second one flashing orange

the third one closed

anyone has the same problem ?

Hello,

If first indicator is flashing white, It means your internet connexion is not working.

Try to restart your Livebox, if still flashing you will need to get some support from Orange.
