I cancelled my phone and internet contracts due to moving abroad. My internet contract was canceled without a problem but I was charged remaining of my phone contract. Is there a way to find out why?

I understand your confuse feeling about documents to cancell free of charge.
It seems we need certificate justifying you're going abroad more than 6 months.
However in your contract, this information appears. I guess misunderstanding, so i'm sorry.
I Send immediatly your file to our complaints department to do necessary.

Yes. And I already cancelled both. What I don't understand is why I need to pay until end of my phone contract while my internet contract is cancelled without penalty. For both, I sent them my rental contract abroad and end of my french rental contract.

My collaborator did necessary as I promised you.
Now Your contract is cancelled free of charge.
Then we'll proceed to refund your bank account, which we took your invoices.
Would you confirm me it's still open to be sure you'll receive this transfer ?
