Hello,

I've had 2 topups for my line, but it doesnt seem to work and the number has been suspended. (Please refer to screenshot). The message <Impossible de s'enregistrer aupres du reseau> keeps popping up

This is extemely frustrating, 70euro wasted, please help me on fixing this. I've tried accessing 3900 but the service is in French.

You are in France, facing a french company.

Do you think BT has specific french support, for froggies living in Leeds, Inverness or Newcastle ?

If you could explain what a topup is , maybe I could look and help.
