Is it possible to change the default game language from French to English? 

A game like Outcast: Second Contact will have the language options in the menu, and I've managed that.

But other games like Splinter Cell: Conviction do not have that option.

Unfortunately not, sorry for that.

Our customers in France are mainly French-speaking and thus the service is set up in French. The games publishers usually provide us with the French version of the game.
