Hello

I am moving back to England and need to cancel my 2 Orange contracts, I have taken the equipment back to the shop but they will not do the cancellations for me. I cannot get through to the English helpline, they are always busy and my French is not good enough to call the normal helpline, there is no option to cancel 'due to leaving France' online, I don't want to write a letter. Please help.
