Livebox failing to synchronise

Hello
I took connection on 13 Mars 2019. Done all the connections properly but I am getting synchronisation failed message. Other residents in building are using orange no problem for them
What could be issue, please help

Thank you , the intervention happened on 26Mars and solved.

But there is issue in Invoice:

In the invoice (Facture) dated 18 Avril 2019, there is a charge of 69Euro's for intervention on 25Mars2019. Actually the intervention happened on 26Mars  (I received SMS for intervention on 26Mars and attended it) and it was issue outside the home and problem solved, no charge applied. I did not receive any confirmation SMS or call for 25Mars intervention and not aware somebody came to my house but charges applied. . It is wrong charges applied in the invoice.

Could you please check and help to revert the charges in next invoice
