Hello, I only speak English.  Apologies!  My daughter's one month of her pre-paid 10GB expired, and she and I can't get the site to accept our credit cards to get another month.  Any ideas?  It allows me to input my credit card info, but it will not give me confirmation.  Instead, it says, "Une erreur technique est survenue lors de votre paiement, nous vous inviton a renouveler votre paiement par carte bancaire ulterieurement. Merci de botre comprehension."  What does that mean?

The sentence means 

"A technical error occurred during your payment, we invite you to renew your payment by credit card later."

If you've got another credit card, try to pay with it.

If it doesn't work, try to get some help by echat or by phone
