I send email using outlook 2016 for pc and only those sended to @wanadoo.fr return with the followinn error:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

**********@wanadoo.fr

host smtp-in.orange.fr [193.252.22.65]

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<**********@longatogroup.com>:

501 5.1.0 Emetteur invalide. Invalid Sender. OFR004_405 [405]

I have already check the forum and tried eveything but emails are still non delivering. 

My smtp setup is port 465 with authentication. I check all blacklist and the status of my email and is all correct.

What's the problem with wanadoo incoming email servers? Please help me.

Hi @Luigi12 ,

You are talking to a customer help forum driven by customers and this is not an official Orange support service.

Your problem seems to be a wanadoo server problem but no one here has any visibility on Orange servers flaws.

I would advise you to send this request to abuse@orange.fr and see what comes back.
