I would like to cancel the fixed line at my second home. In the client space online it says it is very simple calling customer service and it is not necessary to write a letter but an English customer service does not exist at the moment.

It is such a big deal to cancel the landline which is very frustrating. Despite the telephone line is not working for the past 2 years and I thought I will keep it just in case but apparently Orange will move to digital anyway in the near future.

So please where I can I cancel the line immediately? I have written an email which was the wrong email address mentioned on the web.
