I canceled my Orange Mobile account in Autumn 2018. Then in 2019 Orange deducted money from my bank account and has my account active again. Please stop this.

All the support numbers seem to have removed English as an option. 

Very bad service and disappointed that they would remove money from my account after I had been canceled for months.
