100 GB Pass Unavailable
Hi,
I hope someone can help me!
For some reason I no longer have access to purchase a 100 GB pass for my 4G home.
It tells me that the 100 GB pass offer is no longer available to me, although I can normally purchase several passes during the month, to supplement my basic 200 GB.

I hope someone can help me!
Recently I no longer have access to purchase a 100 GB pass for my 4G home.
It tells me that the 100 GB pass offer is no longer available to me, although I can normally purchase several passes during the month, to supplement my basic 200 GB.

Thanks for your reply.
I tried 3900 this morning and my basic French wasn’t good enough (my fault I know, I’m still learning) I also rang the English speaking number but they are not taking calls today.
It’s very frustrating! Normally it’s just a few clicks on the app!
Hopefully an advisor can help me on here!

Success… I got through to someone who spoke a little English and now have my 100gb of data. But long term, I hope it is a glitch on the app that doesn’t allow me to add additional data because I don’t want to go through this several times a month. Will look for a new provider I think …. Starlink looks good!
