I try to register Mobicarte via Identification of your Mobicarte, Prêt-à-surfer or Orange Holiday offer

but it is impossible!!! First step and problem (information that I should send SMS first but I DID IT and nothing!).

What should I do to register the Mobicarte.

Again Orange is horrible, I really don't understand how this company could exist...
