MOVED OUT AND CAN NOT CANCEL SERVICE
Hi
My family moved out of our appt in July. We took the live box equipment with us and have been trying to cancel and return for months ! My French is not that good so even after waiting ages to get through to customer service I get lost in the routing. The english language number does not pick up and i can not find away to email anyone as I am asked for a contact address to send my query but i have no address. The respond here click thru on the Orange email does not work. Can anybody help? I just need to have an email discussion with someone at orange as to how to cancel? give back equipment anything

It's not possible to contact Orange by E-mail.
But you can try witch eChat.
Follow this link and clic on the orange thumbnail on the bottom right "? aide et contact".
Between 8 AM and 20 PM the eChat is open and you can write with a Webconseiller Orange
May be you need to use Google Translator to discuss with him or her

Unfortunately my chat is auto translated into english even if i write in French - the chat bot agent sees my message in English on their screen and replies i don't understand English. However their reply is auto translated into English...!! And so we have a circular conversation in English....until they cut me off
So back to the phone line which nobody answers
Are you sure ORANGE has NO email communication? Crazy

May be the translation problem is here !!!
So I'm sure that Orange can't be contact be E-mail.
Are you try in a Agency ?.
