Terminate contract

Had fiber installed on 16/06/2022 it worked for two days, been without internet for nearly two weeks. Promised technician RDV never turned up last week and today another technician tells me the line is fine and so is my box, the fault is with Orange not the installation. I don’t think this is for me, it is not fit for purpose, how do I cancel as I am within 21 days of purchase? Many thanks for any help, Polly
