I'm trying to recharge my airbox 4G but the website says the transaction is refused by my bank. I've tried 3 different cards including Carte Bleue. I know I can go to a shop and recharge it but I want the device to work when I arrive back in France not when I get the time to go to a shop. It seems this is a common problem. When are Orange going to get their fingers out of their arses and sort it?
