Flybox
Hello
I had a trial Flybox in June as we are in a rural area and it worked well so we took out a contract for our gite we visit and rent. It worked well while we were there in June and for the guests following us. In July guests could not get it working however a week later the next guests managed to log into the interface and reset it to work again. 10 days later in August it stopped working and nothing has worked. We have been in contact with the technical team and the billing team and they tell us nothing is wrong that side. It has been disconnected then plugged in again, the interface visited to attempt a re-start and yet nothing has worked. We even bought an extra 100GB to ensure it was not a low data problem but that is not the problem as it remains out of use since 8th August. There are times when the signal shows it to be weak and only 3G for our area but then it returns to a stronger signal and does not work. We are back in the UK so it makes it more difficult as we cant access the interface here only limited information on the client service area. Weve followed advice on other messages with no success. Is there any additional advice? Thank you.
