Bonjour,
j'ai une carte sim avec un pass Let ' s go (wifi illimité inclus).
Je voudrais utiliser le wifi public d'Orange, mais en composant le #125#, je reçois le suivant message d'erreur:
"Vous n'avez pas accès a ce service" .

Comment je peux faire, svp ?

Is more then 6 days that i'm waiting a response! I think it's very ridiculous, i paid for what? for a service that not work!
i called 3 times (paying) the client service, i went to 2 different orange shops, i sent 3 private messages here on the forum.
no one have fixed the problem

Anyone can help me, please?

I'm still awaiting a response from 10 days!!!
I have no words for describe the Orange company!

Tomorrow I go back to my country in these 14 days of vacation I have not EVER been able to connect to hotspots orange.
I called 5 times customer service, they would contact me again but NO ONE have called me back.
I had to use the 3G traffic by spending € 50, when I would have to expend only € 20
Who will reimburse me those 30 € spent unnecessarily?
I think that next year I will buy a sim SFR or any other operator. you are ridiculous and I'll say anywhere (twitter, facebook and forum).

Bonjour,
Mettez a jour votre clé ou Domino en le reliant en USB sur votre pc(faire l'installe si besoin)
Puis ouvrez votre navigateur et entrez l'adresse suivante : http://192.168.1.1
login : admin
pass : admin
(Changer ses info pour plus de de securité au moins le mot de passe)

Vous devriez avoir un lien mise a jour
ou d'activation du service.
FAIT LA MISE A JOUR AVANT on ne sais jamais :-)
Sinon remise a 0 :-)
Et si ca ne marche pas 3970 service client orange
