Bought an Orange Airbox 5 GO 3 weeks ago in France. Am now in Holland, and it doesn't connect to any network, not automatically, not manually. It was sold to me in the shop as being usable in the whole of Europe, but apparently it isn't. Tell me what to do to activate its use outside of France.

Bought one last year in France, signal LED is red, no wifi;

Only when in France I have a signal, please tell me what to do.

Why would you need access to the files of the box ?

If they tell me in the store, the boxed work anywhere, shouldn't they work anywhere then  ?

As soon as I pass the border the reception is dead, there should be a way to tackle this, no ?

In your Airbox there is a SIM card allowing access to the international network, it is necessary to see with your customer service at 3900 that everything is correct on that side.

What is the exact model of your Airbox?
