I have changed my mobile phone and now require a micro SIM card for the new phone using the same Mobilecare number and pay as you go  terms and conditions. I visited our local Orange Shop (35km) and was informed that only Orange Customer Service by phone could issue a micro SIM card by post. Please advise.

Thanks. The Orange Ship at Marsac Auchan were very helpful and made the change for me. Unlike the less than helpful Orange shop at La Couronne Auchan!,
