Hi I just purchased a Mobicarte prepaid SIM and topped this up with an orange max recharger.

How do I keep track of how much data I have left please? Is there a mobile app for pay as you go customers?

I've tried to create an account on orange but I'm going round in circles.

To track the consumption dial the # 123 # from your mobile.

Thank you I tried this but it does not tell me how much data I have left on my prepaid plan. 

Is there a mobile app or somewhere to login online to see this info?

the simplest is to make #123# then call

then for the classic refills it is here

for max refills etc... choose "suivi conso" then "compte rechargeablet" and you have the consumption of the max refill

I am also in mobicarte

for max reloads it is only datas that are decompte

for the mobile app "Orange et moi"

I never use it I don’t see its use for mobicartes
