I have a new 35 GB rechargable SIM card installed in a data router. How can I check the usage levels as it is not installed in a cellphone, I can not dial #123#, and I can't access the SIM information via my orange account as I do not have an orange contract ?

Without a contract, this seems impossible, as SIM is dependent on this contract.
