Fermeture de compte / Termination of account
Could someone from Orange please help? I moved to New Zealand in April 2018 and in August 2018 I managed to speak to someone in the French call centre who speaks English and I was told that my account had been cancelled. I have just noticed that the money is still being taken from the account in France and so I have tried to use the Orange.fr resiliation process on the website but after sending the evidence of being overseas I had the following message:
Votre résiliation n'a pas pu aboutir. Afin d’étudier votre demande, vous allez être appelé immédiatement et gratuitement par un conseiller.
This gives no reason for the failure but we can't accept a call back as :
1) It is night time here when your call centre is open
2) Neither myself nor my daughter speak French well enough to hold a conversation about account cancellation
