I'm trying to charge my number for the data connection. But as I reach the payment the message of orange says that it has been refused. I have triede with 3 different cards, I have phoned to my bank and the bank told me that no payment has been requested..

So it doesn't work

I need to charge the numero otherwise tomorrow it expires...

I am trying to do it by this new site but it gives me just two options an not the option i'd like to buy which is  internet mobile :5 Go

Hi Lialle,

Is it a pre paid offer called "mobicarte" that you have ?

Is it a french number with 10 numeros that start with 06 or 07 ?

There is many ways to reload your credit amount, one of them is that someone can pay for you. Ask one of your french friend to do it that way, if the others don't work.

You can also go to an Official Orange Shop to ask some help there.
