It is not possible to transfer an eSIM from one mobile to another. When you change mobile, you must renew your eSIM to eSIM in your Customer Area or in the Shop to order a new eSIM.

This will be supplied to you free of charge.

When this eSIM is activated on the new mobile, the eSIM on the old mobile will be automatically deactivated.
