My two orange accounts ******************  and ****************** are blocked when try to send email from Malaysia with ISP Time Malaysia, I had an hour long discussion with

a Time ISP  Internet specialist, he took control of my PC and recreated the problems I had from his lab. I used Outlook, but my mobile phone and Orange Mail give the same result. He found that ISP orange was an untrusted ISP, that stopped me from sending emails.

I have as well once got an Information Mail Orange:

Votre compteur de mails non lu est temporairement desactive…….

I can read the messages sent to my two accounts

This forum is a customer help forum driven by customers and not by Orange.

The message you received "Votre compteur de mails non lu est temporairement desactive……." means that the unread messages counter normally displayed nearby the envelope on the main page is temporarily dis-activated but this does not prevents your mailbox to work normally.

The reason for that is to cut down the number of notification mails sent by Orange in order to save some servers capacity during this confinement period when there is a substantial increase of mail traffic and servers usage.

Please send us in a reply to this thread the parameters that you have set in your outgoing server parameters and make sure that you hide the left side of any mail address that would appear in there. It is very dangerous to display private mail addresses on a public forum.

Also investigate and ask the local ISP why they consider the number one French ISP an untrusted ISP !!!
