I have a problem with adsl subscription Orange Jordan

In the contract the speed is written 24 megabytes
In the region, it does not reach 16 megabytes from the cable section
My speed now does not reach 9 megabytes at best
The upload speed is a 0.4 megabytes at best
How can I tell a messenger call?
And instead it separates seconds or times until I restart the router, and the router was changed a week ago, and the same problem
Bad teacher from the company's technical support and they want me to pay the full value of the subscription for 9 months until I disconnect the subscription

I apologize, I was not able to contact Arung Jordan, every time the answer is given with the same answer, you have problems and work is underway on maintenance and so far 4 months ago I have not been given the complaint number

You have reached the Orange user's  community.

Smart idea, but it does not make sense for handling ADSL problems in Jordan.

I understand you know well how it works, but french users have difficulties in managing the relationship with their ISP. We are not the good ones for helping you with your jordan ISP.

All we can give you is support and sympathy, I fear it will not help you.

You may try using Facebook , Twitter or whatever social media.

Worldcompanies are always very concerned with their public images, just try !
