I want to order ADSL internet service but cannot complete the process online because I do not have a French mobile. I cannot reach the English speaking helpline. How can I place an order without a French mobile number ( I have an English mobile)?

You'r right it should be possible.

Wher are you actually located, still in the UK or allready in France ?

If you're allready in France you can try making a date in an Orange  shop.

If Orange is so complicated, how are the other french ISP doing (free, bouygue, sfr, )

The may be smarter.

You can try calling 3900, from France only and french speaking,

Wail until an Orange officer   try to help you

If you don't have a french phone number  il will not possible to subscribe by Orange.

I got it  confirmed  by a french only speaking  Orange officer.

So stupid !
