Hi Could someone tell me if it is policy to NOT allow access to our orange router in our business office. We are told that it is an orange policy to not allow access. We need to access it for security reasons and alter the DHCP settings

It's a good policy to protect access to your router administration page to anybody but you.

You must first configure this acces from the router's own Lan.

And then acces will be granted to you.

For more details, read this tutorial, it's in french, but i'm sure you'll translate it and publish it in English, many thanks for that.

The tutorial has been published long ago and is based on Livebox 3

All it's contents may be adapted to fit actual hardware, but nothing fundamental has changed.
