Hi all,

I need to set up a new phone line (there is a line but has been disconnected by previous owner last year) and obtain internet for my holiday home in France...

I can not find any e-mail for customer services to discuss this.  Can any one provide me with a direct e-mail?

I do not want to arrange this by phone.....

Hi

I saw your post recently, and as I too am seacrhing for a way to contact Orange from thr UK to arrange for internet to my holiday home, I wondered if you'd found a suitable point of contact? I can't get beyond the "give me your phone number and I will call you" stage.

I presume that the 09 .... number in the previous post is a premium rate number.
