invoice issues
anyone know why my monthly invoice is not the same, this month it is exactly double, i live in the uk and do not use the system other tgan a few weeks each year. Also i have tried to email them but it keeps failing.
do you know an email address for them

Your invoice that you can access on your "Espace Client" should show the details of it's content and provide you with an answer to your question.
A classic trap is that you have accessed some special services at Orange partners sites that are billable and you barely don't know that they are so.
Go to your "preferences" and disable Internet + and Contact + as shown here :

These services are activated by default in your customer parameters.
If you want to protest against these services, please use the following forms :
