Good Day

I received email from SOGEDI where is written that i need to pay 111,81 euro and i do not understand why i am still on account with orange. I am seaman and i worked in Guadeloupe for about two months.  I made last payment on 18.12.2019, same date i terminated the contract, and later i destroyed the sim card. On 23.12.2019 I fly out of Pointe A Pitre back to Lithuania (home country) and after almost 3 months i received this email that i own 111,81 euro amount. can you send me please invoice or something, because i can not find the bill why or for what i am in dept? and how finally to end everything with orange?
