I'm getting CONSTANT disconnections. My Livebox cannot stay connected. 

You can see a lot of packet loss and delays. This is happening ALL the time. The WIFI signal is strong here, all 4 bars. It's the upstream connection that is the problem.

Also, DNS is periodically failing:

I'm a software engineer. I work from home on internet software. My livelihood depends upon a fast, reliable connection.

Also. I have sent you my IBAN TWO TIMES. Why am I still recieving an invoice?

This is terrible service. This would not be tolerated in the US or Germany or the UK.
