It happens that a webadvisor passes on this forum and take the file to his account.

We have a house in France, but we live in Belgium, and rent out the house. Last time we were in France we did not have internet. I called Orange but they could not come. Now I'm in Belgium again. I call everyday to ask when it will be fixed. Each time I get: We will send a technician and they will call you. They NEVER called me. Now they say they can't call a foreign number. I can't reach Orange by email. I don't find a number to complain. Today the person of Orange sudden hang up the phone.
Who can help me please.

I have a lot of problems with Orange.
I'm living in Belgium, and we rent out a house in France.
I have a contract since may 2019 for an internet connection. After 1 month we don't have internet anymore. According Orange there is a problem in the street.
Almost every day I call to Orange to ask when it will be solved. Every time time Orange says: We will send someone. I have a contact person in France who did come every time to the appointment. Only, Orange did not come. I had to pay Orange 70 euro for an appointment that did not happen.
Yesterday, Orange called my contact person, they will come within 10 days, IF I don't call to Orange. If I dare to call Orange, it will take longer.
I understand that there can be problems with internet, but waiting more than a month? And now another 10 days till they come?
Meanwhile I have to pay for a connection I don't have.
