Technician did not turn up to a scheduled appointment
Hi All,
We have been trying to get internet since September. We have had multiple appointments with Orange, but either a technician doesn't turn up - or can't connect our internet. This morning, we had an appointment booked, and again the technician didn't turn up. They didn't even call to say they cab't make it. Can anyone give me some advice as to how to resolve this.
We have visited physical stores, called the helpline and begged for help. Nothing works. If someone has a magic solution - we would really appreciate it
