Wrong connection username/password

Hi,

 

I've subscribed to Orange ADSL in the beginning of the month and I still have no Internet.

When my line was activated, I received an SMS saying that I could connect my livebox and I did it. I got the message saying the box synchronized well and that I should put my username and password. I also did it, but it kept saying that the user/pass were wrong.

I contacted support and they said it was a problem with the line and would schedule a technician visit. When he arrived (I had to take an afternoon from work...) he verified everything and found no problem with the line and with the livebox. And he said that if the box synchronized well, there should be no problem with the line (and that was the case from the beginning!). He also tried the user/pass and got the same error. 

I contacted support again and they said that they would need to make an appointment with a "second line support". Once again, I had to take hours from my work but the only call I got was someone saying that someone else would call after. But I have received no call yet.. And as anyone can imagine, I had to go back to my work...

 

I asked in chat and on the phone if they could generate a new user/pass and they say that they cannot. So, how can this problem be solved??

One other aspect that the technician that went to my house pointed out, was the service type. In my house there is only ADSL, and if I check in the website it also says that there is only ADSL. But, in the papers that I received from the boutique, say VDSL. Could this also be the problem?
