Assistance needed for English speaking customer
Bonjour ... and my apologies - my French is limited and certainly won't help with my quetion.
We recently cancelled our contract for intenet and phone with Orange.fr
We know we need to return the Livebox - but we had to leace France quickly and earlier than expected because of the Coronavirus outbreak (we were in France without transport so could not get to an Orange Boutique).
we have brought the Livebox home to the UK, not knowing when we will return to the French apartment.
I am looking for an email address so that I can let Orange.fr know what is happening, and an address to return the box to once the lock-down in the UK is over.
(I have spoken to people on the English-speaking line, but they have just said that I should get an email from Orange ... I haven't)
I appreciate any help you can give.
