I'm trying to change my adress in "mes coordonnees" but it's not working. Everytime after filling in the right adress i get a white screen and have to start all over again, the problem is that we do not receive the invoice we have to pay. The customer service added the wrong adress (our france adress to receive the cheque payment invoice), and i have been calling the telephone helpdesk for more than 2hours for this problem.

Is there a direct email contact to an english writing help desk as well?

But, I don't know if they accept english requests.
