I suppose for the Prof Service you speak English very well, at least that what a contract like this should include.
We visited your shop in Chalon Sur Saône 02/11/2019 and finally after one hour of waiting it was our turn.
We explained that we needed to change our contract to an Internet Pro for our company.
That was very difficult and we gave our new RIB and everything should be fine according to your employee.
On 5/11/19 we received a SEPA, with the WRONG RIB, so we send the correct RIB.
Suddenly on Friday the 8/11/2019 we didn't receive any phone-calls anymore
and after a check suddenly our fixed phone-number was changed!
We've called the service pro, who doesn't support in English (for normal customers in France you have an English service??????!!!!!) really bad service and explained that the number was changed.
This was impossible according to your service and after almost one hour (again...) another service told us that the number was by accident changed and will be changed back to our normal number in 24-48 hours.
I'll try to explain our situation...
We have a client-base of more than 2000 clients who are calling us several times per day and we have an bi-annuel magazine with the fixed phone number. Now, since last Friday, we don't have any calls and income.
Can you tell me how to proceed, because it’s now 10:55 14/11/19 and counting without fixed phone number.
