Complaint - waited 10 months for a line to be installed
PLEASE can someone help me to find out where I can make a complaint.
I have been waiting 10 months - yes you read that right - 10 months for a land line to be installed. My mother who lives on the same property has also been waiting 6 months for a separate line. I have spoken with both the french and english speaking customer service (although not sure why they are called that, they dont give a service at all) and every time I speak to someone (at least twice a month since October last year) they basically say I have to be patient and wait for the technicien to call. They never do, and when I call back there are notes on my dossier to say that I was unreachable. I am never unreachable and always answer my calls - I just never get one and no one turns up to do the work.
I really am at a loss to what to do. There is an EU law that states everyone has a right to a landline and internet access at their property, well I'm sure that doesnt include waiting for 10 months. My husband, who works from home, is having to use his mobile phone as a hotspot for internet access which is ridiculous especially as he has a limited amount of data.
What do I do and where do I go to get this resolved.
