Dear Sir/madam,

How is it possible that an invoice from Orange is not visible in my invoice history? (04******* 15H2-2K05)

Due to storm the line went down. we had orange to fix it and this is invoiced.

I don't agree but nothing to do about it.

I received an invoice that is not via Préelevement. Bizar because all the other invoices are. Is this a fake invoice? If I have to pay can I do this via a normal way? Can you send me the BIC and IBAN code for an international european transaction.
