I spoke to an operator today on the English speaking help line. I have never encountered such rudeness in my life. I have been waiting for 5 months for a new line and was told the activation date was 26th April. That day came and went and I have been trying to get an answer on why I have no line. Yesterday I was told that I would receive a call by today at the latest, needless to say no call came. I then called the "helpline" only to be told that there is a technical fault and there would be no activation before the 31st May, when I asked why the operator became very sarcastic and rude and told me that many people don't have a telephone or internet and that I should not be dramatic as it's not like food or water. I replied that if no one had a phone then he would be out of a job, he slammed the phone down on me. All I want is for the lies to stop and for someone to explain to me why a cable can not be fitted less than 10 metres from my boundary. I don't believe I am asking for anything extraordinary I just want a phone line and internet !!

I was trying to help a English neighbour get an Orange line and we managed to set up a date and time, for the engineer to come out. We received the live-box even though it was sent to the wrong address. We waited and they never showed up, so called the English speaking customer  service and was told he wasn’t coming as we didn’t have a French mobile number. Even though I had given my land line number.  I finally hung up on the agent as common sense and logic wasn’t working in resolving the problem. My neighbour also called and the agent was rude and was  combative and hung on her. So I tried again today to see if we could resolve the problem. Again the agent was rude and unhelpful, I was getting so frustrated and angry, I asked for his last name. So he spelt it out for me Walter ASSHOLE and then hung up.

 Orange is an abusive, hateful company and seem to employ thugs. All my neighbour was looking for was a internet service. I will now take legal action for hate speech. I have been a Orange customer since 2008, and this is how you get treated.
