Problem with my Open Up 50Go

 I have a problem with my Open Up 50Go: it appears like I'm signed up for this offer (I have internet at home and the house phone number on) but from my mobile phone, in the Orange et moi app, it says "Epuisé" and it says my offer will be renewed on 18/10/2018 while I already received my invoice on 23/10/2018 and I paied everything I had to.

Please help me!

Hi @AntonioCar

You probably used 100 MO (MBytes) of the  internet package with your smartphone. 

 

Look at orange.fr / espace client / suivi conso / mobile

You will dispose 100 MO again on 23/11/2018
