Hi,

I was force to move from my old hose because one flatmate injured and threatened me. I have a contract for Internet services with Orange for that address. I started the procedure of "resiliation" and I selected "cas de force majeure" as reason and I sent the "recepisse de declaration". They replied to me that I didn't send the right documents and that I have to pay the fees.

How is it possible? How can I avoid this?
