I know I have to pay you euro 30,02 , facture du 9.9.2016.
If I try to pay with my credit card, into the "Espace client" I only find different amount to pay, I can't correct the amount.
So, can I wait till the next facture and you will include the amount of 30,02 in the next one?
I can't call the number 3000 or 3900 as you suggest me in your recent answer to my question, I call from Italy and if I compose 0033 3000 there is not signal.

We are all customers like you here.
If you don't want to be cut off, I think it's better for you to pay now even if the amount is slightly different. Then regulate later.
To contact Orange, dial from Italy 0033 9 69 39 39 00 on monday.
Today, you can also dial 033 9 69 36 3000 the Automated Customer Service if you have an International Visa Card or pay with it directly in your Espace Client.
