resiliation free box
hi,
I have changed from Free to Orange in March 2020. online it was saying that Orange would have taken care of resiliation with Free. as soon as the line was active I have noticed on Free account that it was written that the line was inactive so I thought the change of operator was successful and I didn't need to do anything. but in the coming months Free was charging me as normal every month and also Orange charging me 27 euros every month for the same line. So I wrote immediately to Free and ask for resiliation but now I am wondering to who I should ask for refund as I don't think it's normal that I pay 2 operators for the same line and fibre.
I would like to ask for help to understand who I should contact in this case.
