Orange email and complians not answered
I have been battling with Orange since last summer, long before Covid 19. They have double charged me for setting up fiber and charged when it was not connected. I have used chat, and written registered letters to the address given me in chat and I have not received any reply. I have searched the internet for an email address and although I have found several they all reject emails. I have been trying to locate my orange email details but every time i try to do so i merely get a notice that says I must go through the Orange Portal, which would be fine but the Orange portal does not provide a means for locating my emails. I get no help and Orange are not responding. Has anyone had similar problem and has anyone got an email that will work. Thank you. - Ralphy2

Hi @Ralphy2 ,
In order to locate you Orange email details :
I suppose that you know the email address that is attached to you contract ?
If so, use it to identify yourself on the Orange portal in the upper right corner along with the associated password in order to locate and read your mails. Once this is done, your first name is displayed in the upper right corner and strait below it you can click on "Espace client" to access you account details.

Thank you both for your very prompt, kind and helpful reply. Unfortunately the How to Contact Orange provides largely out of date information and no effective email address. The link for Making a Claim was helpful.because at least it meant I could send an email, whether Orange reply we shall have to see.They have not replied to my two recorded letters I posted in January and March. They also ask for a telephone number without which they will not validate the email. I am not in France I wanted to give a UK mobile but they will not accept non french number once again designed to make it difficult. Locating the emails did not work because all that happens is that a note pops up to enter an email on the main portal but there is nowhere to enter it on the main portal. Anyway, thank you because I am hoping I may get a replete to my email. Kind regards Ralphy2

Wrong !
If you start from this page : https://www.orange.fr/portail , in the top right corner you can see :
This exactly translates into "Identify yourself". Click there to get this identification window :
If you click on "Identifiez vous", you get here :
Select your mail account to go to the windows where you can enter your password :
If you click on the slashed eye you can see what you type in as a password.
Once you are identified, you can either see your mails by clicking on the envelope in the top line or go to your espace client to see your account details.
