our emails and smtp connections are blocked to your mail servers. Is it possible that Orange can unblock our IP's?

You are not posting on the support site, you are posting on a public user forum.

We all here are basic Orange clients simply sharing experience and knowledge with other clients.

For you safety, and quiteness, please remove all private data like phone numbers and Wan IP's.

You can edit your post during 12 hrs after posting.I see you are using SMTP on port 25

Try Smtp on port 465.

Like more and more ISP Orange no longer accept non authenticated (password) and non secured  (SSL/TLS) connections.

As you are a pro client, try to contact your dedicated technical contact witin Orange.

Merci denous avoir communiqué vos plages d'adresses IP.

Votre société fait partie des compagnies qui gagnent leur vie en arrosant Internet de mail publicitaires.

J'engage ceux qui les verront à les marquer comme source de SPAM  si leurs clients de messagerie le permettent.
